Kelsi sat in the attic of her house, which also happened to be her bedroom.
She was typing an English paper.
She could hear her mother arguing with her step-father from two stories below.
Kelsi couldn't take it anymore, she signed onto her AIM screenname IslekPrincessPiano, but no one was on.
She decided she needed to rest and scampered into her bathroom to get changed, leaving her laptop open.

Troy had just got home from playing hoops with the guys. He logged onto his computer and brought up the AIM sign-on screen. He typed in his screenname, basketballguy14, and typed in his password. A few people were on. Everyone else was away. Troy say Kelsi's screenname and IMed her.
basketballguy14: Hey, Kelsi!

Kelsi came out of the bathroom in her music note pajama pants and an East High hoodie. She saw a blinking tab on her computer. She sat down and read the instant message from the school's golden boy, Troy Bolton.
IslekPrincessPiano- Hey Troy! What's Going On? Any thought as to weather or not you'll be doing this year's musical?
She sat back and waited for Troy to reply.

Troy smirked at Kelsi's message. She really wanted him to do the musical. He didn't know why, maybe it was because she prefered his voice over Ryan's?
basketballguy14: I don't know. It's not for a few more months. Well, I did hear Ms. Darbus saying something about an Autumn musical, is that true?
(Yes, it's true. I was going to announce it later, but of course, Kelsi should know. She won't be writing it, seeing as it came at her on short notice.)

Kelsi wondered how Troy had found out about it so quick, she had only learned of the show that afternoon.
IslekPrincessPiano: Um Yeah that's what Ms. Darbus told me today. I'm not writing this one, but I'm going to play. She ran a couple of plays by me...all of them would be great...for any of our male leads...

It was good that Kelsi knew about the Autumn musical thing. So, when he heard Ms. Darbus talking with the principal about it, he wasn't hearing things!
basketballguy14: Cool. So, how's that thing with Jason going...or do you still like Ryan?
Kelsi told Troy about her crush on Ryan, at one of their rehearsals for the callback last year. He saw her with Jason on multiple occasions, but sometimes feelings change.

IslekPrincessPiano: Well Jason is a great guy...but yes I still like Ryan. Things just weren't working with Jason and I.
( Am I allowed to do that? I am new at the whole RPG thing...)

Troy felt bad for Jason, losing the only girl that would ever like him, but was happy for Kelsi.
basketballguy14: Well, Martha and Ryan were pretty close at that pool party, so watch out for her. Plus, I think Jason is so ditzy that he doesn't even know girls like him.
(It's okay, just keep it to a minimum. I've assumed you've seen the movies, so that's okay. I'm only going to let you change the things you've changed now. Nothing else, okay buuuuddy?)

IslekPrincessPiano: Oh I know all about Martha...I don't know. I've also heard about Ryan liking Gabriella...drama drama drama..who needs it?
(Ohkay Sorry. I have seen both of the movies numerous times...I promise I won't change anything else...Sorry)

Troy started typing something, but stopped. Did drama keep the school alive? He was confused for a few moments.
basketballguy14: Well, drama kind of keeps things interesting, if you know what I mean.
(No need to be sorry. I would have said something earlier is I wasn't alright with any of the other things.)
